Product Changes & Returns

If you wish to exchange the product you purchased, you must contact our company within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order at the email: info@beautybarkipseli, stating as the subject: “Product Exchange and the order code”. Alternatively, you can use our online contact form.  In your email or in the Contact Form, you should mention the product code with which you wish to make the exchange.

The products must be returned in excellent condition, as received, unused, with the original complete packaging (foam, nylon, cardboard) and all labels. A necessary condition is the inclusion of the purchase receipt. 

The return can be made either with the partnered courier companies or with a courier company of your choice, at your own expense. Alternatively, you can deliver the product to the BEAUTYBAR Kipseli store, at the address: Zakynthou 8, Kypseli, Athens, TK 11361, without undue delay within the above period.

Once we receive it and verify that it is in excellent condition, we will send you the new product.  If the value of the new purchase is greater than the value of the products you are returning, you pay the difference, including shipping costs (return and reshipping). If the value of the new purchase is less, we refund you the difference, deducting the shipping costs (return and reshipping).

For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return personal care items or items that come into close contact with the human body such as face and body care creams, cosmetics, makeup items, sunscreens. Additionally, seasonal items, discounted items and fragile decorative items such as vases, lamps, lights, ceramics, etc. are excluded.

In the event that you do not wish to exchange the product but return the amount, the refund is made within 14 days (excluding any shipping costs), using the same method as the payment at the time of purchase, unless you explicitly express the desire for the refund to be made by another means.

Return Of Defective Product

In the event that you consider the product you ordered does not comply, at the time of delivery, with the terms of the Contract, you must contact us within three (3) calendar days from the delivery of the product to inform us of the defect, via email at [email protected], with the subject: “Defective Product and the order code,” or by filling out the Contact Form available on our website, similarly stating as the subject: “Product Change and the order code,” attaching photos that show any defect.

Please carefully inspect the product before removing any attached tags and before discarding any original packaging.

As soon as you notify us of the defect, we will contact you to schedule the next steps depending on the case.

If we request you return the defective product to Beauty Bar Kipseli, Zakynthou Street No. 8, you must deliver it to ELTA COURIER within three (3) calendar days from our request for its return, in the condition you received it, along with all documents that accompanied the product (e.g., Retail Receipt) and its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.), which should not have tears, damages, or alterations, including all contents of the original packaging (e.g., attached tags, all parts of the product, user manual, product information leaflet, any other accompanying documents, etc.) and the original purchase receipt, so that the product can be inspected and the defect you reported verified.

Please note that products found not to have a problem and do not deviate from the product specifications (as presented on the website) will not be accepted as defective.

Returns of defective products will be accepted if the product was defective upon delivery and the reported defect is verified. The return will not be accepted if the product is returned damaged or incomplete. If the product does not meet the aforementioned terms, the price will not be refunded, and we will inform you in writing via email or any other suitable means. The product will be sent back to you at your expense for return shipping costs.

If the defect is confirmed, we will inform you in writing via email or any other suitable means, and upon your choice, we can:

  • Either replace the product with another, identical, new product, or if the product is no longer available, with a similar product of the same or corresponding quality and price. In this case, the shipping costs of the new product (sent as a replacement for the defective one) will be entirely covered by the Company.
  • Or cancel the transaction and refund the price you paid. In the case of transaction cancellation, the refund of the original purchase amount (including shipping costs) will be made using the same method as the payment during the purchase.

Refunds of the original purchase amount are made using the same method as the payment during the purchase unless you explicitly express your wish for the refund to be made by another means. Specifically: If, during the initial transaction, you chose “payment by bank transfer,” the refund will be made by bank transfer to your account. If you chose to charge your credit or debit card, we are obliged, if we have received the amount from the Bank, to inform the Bank of the transaction cancellation, and the Bank will proceed with the necessary actions. After this notification, we bear no responsibility for the time and manner of the reversal, which is governed by the contract between you and the issuing bank.

The refund or replacement of the product will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day we confirm that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product.

Shipping Methods

The delivery of the products will be carried out via the partnered courier company, ELTA COURIER, to the delivery address you have indicated in the appropriate field of the order details.

Orders within Attica, Thessaloniki, and major urban centers are delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders to the rest of Greece are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
