How long does a manicure-pedicure session last?

Usually, a basic manicure or pedicure appointment lasts about one hour. Of course, this depends on the service you have booked and the needs of each customer, for example, a design (minimal, deluxe, super deluxe nail art) or removal of material from another studio.

How can I book an appointment?

I want to cancel my appointment. Will I be charged?

It is important to know that if you cancel up to 5 hours before your scheduled appointment, there is no charge. In cases of cancellation within 5 hours or less before your appointment, to schedule the next appointment, you will need to pay 50% of the cost of the service you canceled. In the event of a no-show without notification or notification up to half an hour before the scheduled appointment, the full amount of the service you missed must be paid to schedule the next appointment.

Do you use chemical-free products?

In our space, you will find vegan regular and semi-permanent nail polishes, approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny program, the internationally recognizable gold standard for cruelty-free products.

Can I bring my four-legged friend?

While we love your beloved four-legged friends, we are compelled by the rules of health service spaces not to accept them in the service area.

What is the Rubber base?

The rubber base contains rubber and strengthens the natural nails. Since it is a thicker product than a regular semi-permanent base, it has the ability to create a slight curve on the nail, which can provide natural reinforcement and make our nails much more durable. It is recommended for more sensitive nails to help them not break and thus grow naturally. For its application, you will need to book the corresponding appointment.

What is the difference between natural reinforcement and gel- acrygel placement?

The natural reinforcement service includes the application of gel – acrygel on the existing natural length of your nails. When we refer to “gel placement,” it involves using a special form and gel – acrygel to extend the natural length of your nails.

I booked filing and painting. What does this include? Is it a complete service?

If you want painted nails quickly, then this service is for you. Filing and painting with regular or semi-permanent polish of your choice. Note that this service does NOT include: removal of material from another studio, cuticle cleaning, heel care, or nail art. If you have material to remove from another studio, you can add the removal service, as it requires additional time. If you want complete care, we would recommend booking the full manicure or pedicure service.

I want nail design. Do I need to add it?

If you want to have a design, it requires additional time, so it is necessary to add it to the service you have booked. Designs are divided into two categories: minimal nail art and deluxe nail art. Minimal nail art includes mainly monochromatic designs, such as French, powder application, dots, or the cat-eye effect, and has an additional cost of 3 euros total. Deluxe nail art includes more intricate and colorful designs. The cost starts at 6 euros and varies depending on the time needed for the design. Many of our designs can be found in the highlights on our Instagram page @beautybarkipseli. Do not hesitate to contact us, sending us photos to ensure that the appropriate materials are available for the desired result and to make sure the necessary time is booked.

Keep in mind: Designs are done only with semi-permanent polish.

Can I bring my own nail design?

If there is material to remove from another studio on your nails, it is good to inform us so that we can book the necessary time. Removal from another studio has an additional cost of 5 euros. Next time you book an appointment and the material to be removed is ours, there will be no removal cost.

Keep in mind: The cost for removing our material only arises when it is not combined with another service (e.g., when booking time solely for material removal on the upper limbs without care).

The next time you book an appointment and the material to be removed is ours, there will be no removal cost. The cost for removing our material only arises when it is not combined with another service (e.g., when booking time solely for material removal on the upper limbs without care). Note that when the material is gel/acrygel, additional time is required for removal (about 30 minutes), and thus the cost varies, starting from 10 euros.

Can I get a different service from the one I booked?

Our aim and intention are always to do our best to serve you and provide you with the best possible service based on the time you have booked. However, services that require different time slots or techniques cannot be substituted.

Can I get nail art without booking it in advance?

If you wish to get a design, it is important to know that it requires additional time, so it is necessary to add it to the service you have booked. In any case, our intention is always to do our best, so do not hesitate to communicate this to us. If we are allowed the time and the technique, we will be very happy to accommodate you.
